Filtering Visualizations

You can filter visualizations based on analytics performance or parameter bounds.

Filter Based on Analytics

You can filter data points based on their performance for the objectives. The objective for each parameter appears to the right of the parameter name.

  1. From the left side of the Visual Analytics page, click to open the Filters panel if it is not already open.
  2. Use the feasibility filters to filter alternatives based on their feasibility.
  3. Expand the Rank or Score slider and drag the limits to specify the upper and lower filter values.
    Results Analytics hides any data points that are outside of the filter range from any visualizations.

Filter Based on Upper and Lower Parameter Values

You can filter data points displayed in the visualizations based on the upper and lower parameter values.

  1. From the left side of the Visual Analytics page, click to open the Filters panel if it is not already open.
  2. From the upper right of the Filters panel, click to show or hide a histogram for the parameters.
  3. Expand the parameter category (Input, Output, or Other), and drag the limits to specify the upper or lower filter values.
    Results Analytics hides any data points that are outside of the filter range from any visualizations.
