Manage an Analytics Case
- From the Results Analytics launch page, click on the desired analytics case.
- Select one of the following from the menu that appears:
Option | Description |

Run Analytics | Open and run the case. |
---|
Copy | Create a copy of the case and open the copy. |
---|
Revise | Create the next revision of the case and open the revision. |
---|
Delete | Delete the case. You cannot recover a case that you have deleted. |
---|
Close Analytics Case | Close a case that is open. |

You can also select from the upper-right corner of the Results Analytics launch page and delete or close multiple selected analytics cases.
Open an Analytics Case
From the Results Analytics launch page, select an analytics case. Results Analytics opens the case and displays the Case Details page.
Save an Analytics Case
- From the Results Analytics launch page, select an analytics case.

From the upper-right corner of the Results Analytics launch page, select .
When you save an analytics case object, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform saves the current state of the case, including your priorities, objectives, and weights. In addition, alternatives that were placed in the basket are saved along with the recommended alternatives. You must manually save the analytics case object you are working on; Results Analytics does not save it for you.
Change the Lifecycle State of an Analytics Case
- From the Results Analytics launch page, select an analytics case.
Results Analytics opens the case and displays the Case Details page. - From the Maturity row of the Case Details page, select demote or promote .
Change the Ownership of an Analytics Case
- From the Results Analytics launch page, select an analytics case.
Results Analytics opens the case and displays the Case Details page. - From the Owner row of the Case Details page, select .

From the action bar of the Collaborative Lifecycle app that appears, click the
Collaboration section.

From the action bar, click Change Ownership.
- From the Change Ownership dialog bar that appears, search for the new owner.
- Select the combination of the Collaborative Space and the Organization that the new user will use to access the case.
- Click Save.
