-
In the MySession widget of the 3DEXPERIENCE task pane, do the
following:
-
From the Simulation section of the action bar, click Create Structural Simulation
.
The app saves the selected simulation studies to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
-
When prompted to open the simulation on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, click Yes.
The 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher opens a simulation scenario app (Structural Scenario Creation, Mechanical Scenario Creation, or Linear Structural Scenario Creation).
-
In the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, do the following:
-
In the Simulation Initialization dialog box, select the
simulation studies to transfer to 3DEXPERIENCE analysis cases, and click OK.
For each simulation study you select, the app creates a
3DEXPERIENCE analysis case. Each analysis case corresponds to a transferred simulation
study.
When the transfer of simulation studies completes, the
Simulation Status dialog box lists the status for each
transferred study in a separate tab. A green check indicates that the
specific feature transferred successfully. Hover over the information icons to view
important notes about the transfer of specific simulation features.
-
From the Standard section of the action bar, select
Feature Manager
to review the simulation features linked to the active analysis case.
The Feature Manager provides a convenient display to view model, scenario, and results data for the
selected analysis case.
You can now add more features to the analysis cases, run the
simulations, and explore results using the 3DEXPERIENCE
simulation apps.
