Retrieving a Deleted Customized Card

When you save a customized card to a file and then delete it, you can later retrieve the deleted card.


Before you begin:
  • Save the customized card to a file.
  • Delete the customized card from the ENOVIA server.

Saving a Customized Card
  1. From the Card Editor main menu, click File > Import.
  2. From the Open dialog box, select from your cache the customized card file.
  3. Click Open.
    The Card Editor displays the customized card, which, if you desire, you can now modify.
  4. Save the customized card to the ENOVIA server as follows:
    1. From the main menu, click File > Save As.
    2. In Title, enter the card name.
    3. Click Save.

      Note: Ensure the Save only locally check box is clear.

The customized card is now the default card. For example, if you import and save the customized Search card, New Search, New Search is now the default card that opens for all user searches.
