Baseline Dialog Box

Toolbar


	Navigate all warning types	Displays the list of message types you can navigate. This command only appears when the dialog box displays more than one type of message.
	Next Warning	Selects the next file with a warning. This command only appears when the dialog box displays more than one file name with a warning.
	Previous Warning	Selects the previous file with a warning. This command only appears when the dialog box displays more than one file name with a warning.
	Iteration	Lets you select the iteration to use to create the baseline. The most recent iteration is the default.
	Explore in Web	You can login to the web ui and opens the summary page of family of the object In Details view section.
	Select Files	Opens the Select Files dialog box, where you can specify a wildcard pattern to select files.
	Open File List	Opens the file list in Windows Excel so that you can print or save a spreadsheet containing the information.
	Save File List	Saves the file list as a comma separated values file with the extension .txt.
	View Mode	Lets you select Details or Content. Details can provide up to six columns of information. Content can provide the same information in up to three columns and includes a thumbnail of each file next to the file name.
	Hide Preview	Lets you toggle between hiding and displaying the thumbnail. Hide Preview displays at the bottom of the dialog box, the thumbnail for the selected file. Click to hide the display. Show Preview hides the thumbnail for the selected file. Click to show the thumbnail display.

File List - Details View

These are the some of the columns available in the Details view. You can choose which columns to display.


Name	Selected files and files referenced by them. For assemblies, the list can include drawings, parts, sub-assemblies, and SOLIDWORKS Simulation files. Note: The related drawings can be in the current folder or in a folder elsewhere in the database. By default, Connector for SOLIDWORKS checks the entire database for related drawings. The scope of the search depends on administrative settings.
Result	Result of baseline validation. The file is available for the baseline if the column shows `OK`.
Local Iter.	The first letter/number pair is the local (cached) iteration and the second pair is the iteration on the 3DEXPERIENCE server. Also part of the iteration listing for each file is one of the following: Modified - The local file is modified after retrieval from the 3DEXPERIENCE server. Out of Date - There is a new iteration of the file on the 3DEXPERIENCE server. Local File - The file exists on the local disk but is not checked into the 3DEXPERIENCE server. Latest Iteration - The local iteration and the iteration on the 3DEXPERIENCE server match. No Local Copy - The file exists on the 3DEXPERIENCE server but there is no local copy.
Iteration	File iteration for the baseline.
Found in	Local folder containing the file. This column is not displayed by default, you have to right-click and add the column.
State	Life cycle state of the file, for example, In Work, Frozen, Released, and Obsolete.

Menu Options

Right-click in the file list to access these menu options:


Columns	Lets you add or remove columns.
View	Has these menu options: Details - Changes the view mode to Details. Content - Changes the view mode to Content.
Select All	Selects all files.
Select Files	Lets you use wildcards to select a group of files.
Show Tree Lines	Toggles the display of lines that emphasize the relationship of files in the File Name tree structure. This option is only available in Details view mode.
Open File List	Opens a list of the files in Microsoft Excel.
Save File List	Lets you save the file list as a comma-separated .txt file.

File List - Content View

These are the standard columns available in the Content view when all the columns display. You can customize the column display and add more information to the Properties column.

Paths	Found in Local folder containing the file.
Properties	Available only if you select Properties from the Choose Properties dialog box. The column contains the information for the Properties you select. This column is not displayed by default, you have to right-click and add the column.
