Use Organize favorites to organize your favorites list, for example, moving the most used favorites to the top of the list and similar favorites into their own folder, or submenu.
Before you begin:
Perform at least two searches that you want to retain.
Click Favorites in the Search tab and select Organize favorites.
In the Organize Favorites dialog box, select a favorite to reposition in the list.
Click Move favorite down or
Move favorite up on the Organize Favorites toolbar to move the selected favorite to the desired position in your list.
Optionally, to add a submenu to the search list:
Select a favorite where you want to locate the submenu.
For example, if you want to add the submenu at the bottom of your favorites list, select the last favorite in the list.
Click New folder on the Organize Favorites toolbar.
Type a name for the new submenu.
Open the submenu.
Select each favorite that you want in the submenu and move it into the submenu using Move favorite down and Move favorite up .
Click OK.
If you close the Organize Favorites dialog box without clicking OK, the software does not apply any of your organization changes, and the favorites list remains unchanged.
When you click Favorites in the Search tab, the submenu reflects the list organization you made in the Organize Favorites dialog box.
