Modifying Designs

You can modify the height or the sketch of a pad.

Before you begin: Create a pad in the Part Design app.

  1. Double-click the pad.
    The Pad Definition dialog box appears.
  2. In the Length box, enter a new value.
  3. Click OK.
    The pad is updated.
  4. Select the representation.
  5. From the standard area area of the action bar, click Update All .
    The representation is updated.
  6. To modify the sketch, double-click it in the tree.
  7. Click Exit app to return to the 3D area.
    The constraints are respected.

The representation is updated.
