Only Owner of the Content Can Transfer Ownership

This access rule determines if the only person who can transfer ownership of content is the person who currently owns that content.

By default, this access rule is not enabled and the transfer ownership capability is not restricted to the content owner.

If this access rule is enabled, the person who owns the content must also have the access role allowed to transfer the specific ownership component. For example, if the Set Access Roles that can Change the Collaborative Space that Owns Content access rule is set to Administrator, Owner, and Leader, then the current owner of the content must have one of those roles or the equivalent restricted role to transfer the content to another collaborative space.

This access rule does not restrict Administrator or Owner/Owner (Restricted) users. An Administrator or Owner/Owner (Restricted) user can transfer content regardless of the setting of this access rule.
