Access Roles That Can Change Maturity States for Engineering Apps Content

Object types belong to specific content categories: Evaluation, Definition, or Resource (Administrative Resource or Authoring Resource). For more information, see Content Categories. Refer to the user's guide for the app that manages a content type to determine the content category for that type.

This table defines the access roles permitted to change maturity states for each of the content categories for engineering apps content only. Key information for using this table:

(owns) means that the user must also own the content
(owns*) means that even if the user owns the content, the setting of an access rule might prevent them from changing the maturity state
Owner is the access role, not the person that owns the content
Default Transition column:
- Yes: the transition is defined for those states by default
- Can be added: you can add the transition between those states by editing the maturity graph for a content type
