Exporting Statistics

You can export the activity statistics of a platform in csv format.

Before you begin: You must be the administrator of the platform.

  1. From the top bar, select Communities Menu > 3DSwym Management.
  2. Optional: In the View Statistics tab, click All to select all the statistics of the platform since its creation or pick a date range.
  3. Click Export.

An email containing a zip file attached is sent to you. The mail contains a list of csv files that let you analyze the communities activities.
