Accessing, Managing and Customizing your Communities

You can access and customize the settings of all your communities in the 3DSwym app or the Communities Control Center.

Before you begin: You must be administrator.
  1. Select either of the following:
    • From the top bar of the 3DSwym app, select Communities Menu > 3DSwym Management.
    • Access the Communities Control Center widget in the Compass or in the Communities tab of the Platform Management dashboard.
  2. Select one of these tabs:

    This tab... Gives you access to...
    Manage Communitiescommunity creation and management.
    Manage Requests pending community requests, community request history, content moderation and abuse report management.
    Manage Community Managers administrators' management.
    Manage Media Processingthe media management.
    View Statisticsthe activity tracking.
    Manage Settingscommunity customization.

  3. Optional: Click Save as required.
