Community Context Menu

The context menu provide access to community commands.

Community Commands

To access the commands, in the My Communities section, click a community then click Community features.

Subscribe to new content

Sends you a notification when new content is added to the selected community.

To stop receiving notifications, select Unsubscribe to New Content.
My Contributions. . If any, displays your contributions to the community.

Subscribe to RSS feed

Displays an RSS feed to follow-up the latest updates of your community.

Note: For example, you can use this feed in the Feed Reader widget to follow the latest modifications of the community.
Share

Shares the community.

In the the Share this community dialog box, select either of the following:

  • Share with users. In the Search for users field of the Share this community dialog box, enter either the user's name or email, and click Share.
    Note: The user's name can only be used when sharing content with someone who has already validated the platform invitation. You can use an email only if:
    • The user has not validated the platform invitation yet.
    • The user has not been invited to the platform and your administrator has activated external sharing.
  • Share by link. Click Copy link to copy the URL to your clipboard and share it with anyone.
  • Share on social networks. Share on Google+ / Share on Twitter / Share on Facebook. If the administrator of your platform has enabled these services, share a hyperlink of the selected community on public social networks.

Pins the current community to the current tab.

Statistics

Displays the community activity tracking.

Gallery

Displays the list of media of the community.

For more information, see Managing Media.
Ideas

Displays the idea's timeline and the list of ideas. You can create ideas or edit existing ones in this section.

Questions

Displays the list of questions. You can create questions or edit existing ones in this section.

For more information, see Managing Questions.
Surveys

Displays the list of surveys. You can create surveys or edit existing ones in this section.

Wiki

Displays the wiki of your community. You can edit the wiki or add new pages to it.

Settings

Lets you customize your community.
