Converting a Conversation into a Community

You can convert your conversation into a community to share your conversation with a wider audience and a richer functional scope. Once converted, all the content created within the conversation scope, that is messages, media, WeDos, and posts, are kept in the target community.


Before you begin:
  • See 3DSwym Roles to know more about your Create, Read, Update, and Delete rights while working with conversations.
  • Your administrator must allow employees to:
    • Create communities directly.
    • Send a community creation request.
  1. On the upper right of the right pane, select the Community Features > Transform into community.
  2. Fill in the Community creation form, and click Apply.

The conversation is transformed into a secret community that is automatically added to the My Communities section in the left pane.
