Removing Users from a Community

You can easily remove any user or user group from any of your communities either in batch mode by using a csv file or one by one.

About CSV Files
  1. Select either of the following:
    • From the community context menu, select Open > Members .
    • In the left pane, click a community then click Members.
  2. Select either of th following:
    • to remove members using a csv file:
      • From the top right corner of the Members section, select Open > Remove Members.
      • Enter a process name.
      • Click Browse and select a .csv file.
      • Click Submit.
      • Click OK to confirm.
      Important: Once you have confirmed, this action cannot be undone.
    • to remove members or user groups one by one:
      • From the bottom right corner of a member or a user group, select Open > Delete.

  • If you have used a csv file, the process is launched. Select Open > Display Batch Results to access the batch status.
  • If you have removed a member or a user group, the removal is done immediately.
