User Interface

Task cards are organized on a simple, flexible task board.

This page discusses:

By default, the board shows tasks owned or assigned to you. You can also display tasks for a given context object. See Context for the Board. At this time, only tasks created within this app display on the board.

View by Options

The icon on the toolbar has these options:

Option Description
Status Displays status columns of "To Do," "In Work," and "Completed."

The task card displays the Maturity.

Maturity Displays Maturity columns of "Draft," "To Do," "In Work," "In Approval," and "Completed." Status displays on the task cards.

The task card displays the Status.

Due Date Displays columns by due date of "Overdue," "No Date," "Today," "Tomorrow," "This Week," and "Future."

The task card displays both maturity and status with | as a separator between them.

All Filters by showing all tasks for the given context.
  • When a context is set, you see all tasks of that context that you have access to.
  • When no context is set, you can only see tasks that are assigned to you and owned by you.
Owned by me Filters by tasks owned by you.
Assigned to me Filters by tasks assigned to you.
  • Simple tasks and tasks from Project Management are considered fully assigned only if they are in a maturity state of To Do or beyond. Such tasks do not display in this view if they are in the Draft state.
  • Route tasks with “in Approval” Maturity are considered assigned to the approver.

Maturity is an attribute associated with a task and it is visible in the properties panel.

Status is a simplified version of Maturity that can have values of “To Do”, “In Work,” and “Completed.”

  • “To Do" status corresponds to "Draft" and "To Do" values for Maturity.
  • "In Work" status corresponds to "In Work" and "In Approval" values for Maturity.
  • "Completed” status correspond to “Completed” Maturity.
