Customizing Preferences

You can customize preferences for Terrain Preparation.

  1. From the top bar, select Me > Preferences, and then click the App Preferences tab.
  2. Expand 3D Modeling, and then Multi Discipline Engineering.
  3. Select Terrain Preparation.
  4. Expand the section corresponding to the options to be customized.

    Section Description
    General Customize the behavior of commands and warm-start options.
    Import Customize import options for various formats.
    Display Modes Customize a variety of display elements.
    Large Point Cloud Choose among a file-based or database data storage to manage large point cloud behavior. Choose the Location of the large point cloud file to be imported.

  5. Specify these options according to your needs.
