Configuring a Protocol

You can configure parameters on your selected protocol if required.

Before you begin: You must select a protocol on the currently configured Pipeline Pilot Server.

Running a Protocol
  1. For each parameter in the Launcher Form, select or specify the option you want to use.

    Protocols can have different parameters with different options. The general parameters types are:

    • list
    • multiselect list
    • text value
    • numeric value
    • file link
    • directory link
    • date
    • boolean
    • color

    Parameters which are required for the protocol to run are indicated with a *.

  2. Optional: For file link parameters, click Browse..., choose the required input file(s), and click OK.
    The parameter contains the paths to the selected files.
  3. Optional: For date parameters, click ... and select the required date.
    The parameter contains the selected date.

When all required parameters are set, you can run the protocol.
