PLM Status Dialog Box

The PLM Status dialog box appears when you select 3DEXPERIENCE platform > PLM Status from the AutoCAD toolbar.

Columns

The following columns in PLM Status dialog box display information of the designs

ColumnDescription
NameName of the design.
TypeType of the design.
Current versionVersion of the design that is currently active in AutoCAD. Current version is displayed as BLANK if the design is not in ENOVIA.
Locked ByUser name of the person who has locked the design. This is blank for a new design.
StateCurrent maturity level of the design in ENOVIA lifecycle. This is blank for a new design.
RevCurrent revision of the sequence. This is blank for a new design.
Latest VersionLast known or the latest version of the design.


Icons are displayed for designs that are candidates for reload and which are not. For more information, see Icons in Global Refresh Column.
Remark/File StatusRemarks based on the icons displayed in the column. The remarks instruct whether the design must be selected for global refresh.

Icons in Global Refresh Column

In the PLM Status dialog box, the Global Refresh column displays one of the following icons for each design

Designs are obsolete and selected for global refresh.


Selection cancelled for global refresh.


Deleted in ENOVIA.


Design is obsolete, but modified in session. By default, these designs are not considered for global refresh.


Design is obsolete and locked by you. By default, these designs are not considered for global refresh.


Latest design.


New design.

Right-click Options

The following options are available when you right-click designs in the PLM Status dialog box:

LockLocks the selected designs in ENOVIA. See Locking and Unlocking Designs.
Note: If the designs you are trying to lock is already checked out at RFA, then a message, "Following file(s) were loaded from RFA location and are read only. If you want to modify and save the file(s) to ENOVIA please checkout to location other than RFA:" is displayed. Incase of multiple objects, the list of designs is also displayed in the message. Click Yes to lock the designs. Note that the files are not downloaded to the local disk.
UnlockUnlocks the selected designs. See Locking and Unlocking Designs.
PropertiesDisplays the properties of the selected node. This option is not available for multiple node selections. See Viewing Properties.
Include for Global RefreshIncludes the selected designs for global refresh.
Exclude from Global RefreshExcludes the selected designs from global refresh.
