Name	Name of AER
Type of Report	Type of report. Possible values are Initial, Follow-up, Final, and Initial and Final.
Status	State of the AER. Possible states are Create, Review, Submission Approval, Submitted, Complete, and Waived.
	: AER is final Blank: AER is not final
Originated	Date on which AER was created
Reviewed	Date on which AER was reviewed
Submitted	Date on which AER was submitted
Report Due	Date by which AER must be submitted
