CLIN List

You can list the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for the related contracts.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontract Administrator

To access this page:

  1. List the app categories for Program and Contract Management.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Contracts > CLINs.

Column NameDescription
NumberThe number given to the CLIN. Click the number to open the CLIN.
TypeThe type of object.
Revision The number of revisions for the CLIN.
ParentThe parent of the CLIN.
Parent RevisionRepresents the parent revision value of the parent CLIN.
Higher Revision ExistsIndicates that there is a higher revision of the CLIN.
Active Change ExistsIndicates that an active change exists for the CLIN.
ContractThe contract number connected to the CLIN.
CI NumberThe configuration item number connected to the CLIN.
Provisioning ParagraphThe provisioning paragraph for the CLIN.
CLIN TaskingSoftware, Hardware, Data, or Service
On Dock DateThe expected delivery date for the CLIN.
CEI QuantityThe configuration end item quantity.
Total CostThe total cost for the CLIN.
Deliverable Part NumberThe part number of the CLIN deliverable.
Customer Part NumberThe customer identified part number.
Satisfied By TaskThe schedule tasks that satisfy the object.
Ship ToThe organization that will receive shipment for the CLIN.
Final DestinationWhere the CLIN will be received.
