Contract Requirement Page from an Artifact

You can access contract requirements from the Artifacts tab of a contract.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader, Reader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, owner of the contract

To access this page:

  1. Open the Unified Contract Format (UCF) of a contract. For more information, see Contract Parts and Sections.
  2. Select the part and section with contract requirements as an attribute.
    Note: Part 1, Section G and H, and Part 2, Section I.
  3. Click the Artifacts tab.
  4. Click the Contract Requirements tab.

Column NameDescription
NumberThe number of the contract requirement. Click to open the contract requirement.
Type Contract Requirement is the type.
RevisionThe number of revisions for the contract requirement.
Subcontract Flowdown RequiredIf checked true, then any subcontracts must also contain this contract requirement.
Status in this ContractThe lifecycle state of the contract connected to the contract requirement.
(Active Change Exists)Indicates that an active change exists for the contract requirement.
(Higher Revision Exists)Indicates that there is a higher revision of the contract requirement.
TitleThe title of the contract requirement.
ContentAny rich content text related to the contract requirement.
Effective MonthThe month the contract requirement is available.
Effective YearThe year the contract requirement is available.
Type of RequirementThe type of requirement: Company Standard, Customer Standard, Contract Specific, Customer Specific, Government Standard, Unassigned.
StatusThe current lifecycle state of the contract requirement.
ModifiedThe date the contract requirement was modified.
OwnerThe user currently responsible for the contract requirement.
AttachmentsAvailable reference documents related to the contract requirement.
