Contract Requirements Loader

You can use the Contract Requirement Loader from the contract requirements page or from the artifacts of a contract.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, contract owner

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: If you are using the Contract Requirements Loader from an artifact, select the part and section with contract requirements as an attribute. For example, Part 1, Section G and H, and Part 2, Section I have contract requirements as artifacts. If you are using the Contract Requirements Loader from the contract requirements page, open the contract requirements page.

Using the Contract Requirements Loader from the Contract Requirements Page

You can load contract requirements from the contract requirements page.

  1. Click Home .
  2. In the navigation pane, click Contract Requirements.
  3. From the toolbar, click Actions > Contract Requirement Loader.
  4. To download the Contract Requirement Loader template, click .
    The Contract Requirement Loader template is available in the web application directory.
  5. Enter the following details:

    Contract Requirement File. Click Browse to select the .csv or xls file to upload.

  6. Click Next.
    The Contract Requirements Loader opens.
  7. Click Submit.

The contract requirements will be listed on the contract requirements page.

Using the Contract Requirements Loader from an Artifact

You can load contract requirements from a selected contract part and section of a contract. You can select the part and section with contract requirements as an attribute.

  1. Open the parts and sections of a contract that contain contract requirements. For more information, see Contract Requirement Page from an Artifact.
  2. Select the check box next to the contract section to add the contract requirements.
  3. From the toolbar, click Actions > Contract Requirement Loader .
  4. To download the Contract Requirement Loader template, click .
    The Contract Requirement Loader template is available in the web application directory.
  5. Enter the following information:
    Field NameDescription
    Contract Requirement FileClick Browse to select file to upload.
    TypeThe type is carried over from the Artifacts tab.
    NameThe name of the section is carried over from the Artifacts tab.
    RevisionThe revision number is carried over from the Artifacts tab.
    StatusDefault is set to Private.
  6. Click Next.
    The Requirements Loader opens.
  7. Click Submit.

The contract requirements are listed under the Contract Requirements tab of the part and sections selected.
