The DRL Status page is a dashboard of DRL Reports for a contract, program, or project. The available reports display on the right side of the page. To hide the panel, click Hide Panel.

DRL Status

Displays a table of submittals connected to all DRLs within the contract governing project.


Column Name	Description
Submittal Number	The number for the submittal.
Revision	The revision for the submittal.
Program	The program connected to the submittal.
Contract	The contract connected to the submittal.
Project	The project connected to the submittal.
CLIN	The CLIN in the related project's contract. The CLIN maintains the sequence.
DRLs	The DRLs connected to the submittal.
Milestone	The milestones connected to the submittal.
Subtitle	The subtitle of the submittal.
DRL Title	The title of the DRL.
Data Item Description	The DID/SDS connected to the DRL.
Submittal Requirements	The requirements for the submittal.
Responsible Person	The user currently responsible for the submittal.
Secondary Person	The user who can be responsible for the submittal if the user currently responsible is not available.
Due Data Management	The date the submittal is due management.
Due Company	The date the submittal is due to the company.
Submittal Type	The type of submittal: Update, Initial, Resubmittal, and Final.
Documents	The documents connected to the submittal.
Doc Status	The status of the document.
Customer Response Due	The date the customer response is due.
Submittal Letter Number	The number for the submittal letter.
Submittal Letter Date	The creation date for the submittal letter.
Submitted Date	The submitted date of the submittal.
DD250 Number	The DD250 required for the DRL.
DD250 Approval Date	The date of the DD250 approval.
Customer Replay Letter Number	The number for the reply letter from the customer.
Customer Disposition Date
State	The current lifecycle state of the submittal.
Comments	Any comments about the submittal.

DRL Status Report

The DRL Status Report displays the status of the DRLs for a program or a project.

Depending on the report selected, the following fields display:


Column	Description
Program	The name of the program.
DRLs	The DRLs connected to the program.
Submittal	The submittals connected to the program.
Revision	The revision for the program.
Title	The title of the program.
Responsible Person	The user currently responsible for the program.
Due Company	The date the data item is due to the company.
Submitted Date	The submitted date for the DRL.
Customer Response Due	The date the customer must respond.

CDSSR Report

The Contract Data Status and Schedule Report (CDSSR) displays the DRLs connected to the program or project and the submittals connected to those DRLs in five (5) sections.

Depending on the report selected, the following fields display:

Look Ahead

The Look Ahead Report shows the listing of all the DRL-Submittal objects, which are due in the specified duration of time. Typically the Look Ahead Report will show submittals that are due in next 30-60-90 days.

Number	The number of the DRL.
Revision	The revision for the DRL.
Title	The title of the DRL.
Responsible Person	The user currently responsible for managing the DRL.
Customer Response Due	The date the customer must respond.
Due Company	The date the DRL is due to the company.
Submittal Letter Number	The id of the submittal.
Submittal Letter Date	The creation date for the submittal letter.
Submittal Type	The type of submittal.
