Projects List

You can list the active projects assigned to you.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader
  • App-specific: Global User

To access this page:

  1. List the app categories for Program and Contract Management.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Program Mgmt > Projects .
Note: You can also view the Projects page from the navigation pane of a program.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the project. Click the name to open the project.
The status flags indicate whether the project's tasks are behind schedule. The project's status flag reflects the status of the task that is most behind.

  • No flag - the task is not late.
  • Green - the task is complete.
  • Yellow - the task is not complete and not late.
  • Red - the task is not complete and late.

Current Phase The current gate, phase, task, or milestone of the project.
Type Lists the types of Project Space.
Status The current lifecycle state for the project.
Owner The user currently responsible for the project.
Collaborative Space
Estimated Finish Date The date the project is estimated to be complete.
Actual Finish Date The date the project is promoted to complete.
Originated The date the project was created.
Program The program connected to the project.
Description The detailed description of the project.
Priority Defines the priority of the project relative to other projects in the program or contract for sorting or weighting.
Complexity The relative complexity of the project relative to other projects in the program or contract for sorting or weighting.

Export Exports project information for the selected project.
Delete The Leader, Contracts Manager, or the owner of the project can delete a selected project.
Hold The Leader, Contracts Manager, or the owner of the project can put the selected project on hold.
Resume The Leader, Contracts Manager, or the owner of the project can resume the selected project.
Cancel The Leader, Contracts Manager, or the owner of the project can cancel the selected project.
Labor Report Generates a labor report related to the project.
