| Customer Approval Required | Yes = Customer approval is required. No = Customer approval is not required. This field is carried over from the DRL. |
| Last Modified | The date the submittal was last modified. |
| Originator | The user who originally created the submittal. |
| Originated | The date the submittal was created. |
| Schedule Offset | Specifies whether the time offset is required or not. |
| Policy | The policy that governs the lifecycle of a submittal. The policy depends on the type of DRL the submittal is created from. |
