Editing Submittal Properties

You can modify the submittal properties.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Subcontract Administrator, Subcontractor

  1. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Edit Details .
  2. Edit any of these details:
    Field Name Description
    Submittal Number The number for the submittal.
    CAGE Code The 5-digit value that should be the CAGE code of the organization preparing the submittal.
    Responsible Organization Click to search and select the name of the company, business unit, or department responsible for the submittal.
    Due Data Management Click to select the date the submittal is due to data management.
    Note: Your Business Administrator can modify business days separating the Due Data Management and Due Customer Dates for scheduling Submittals from a DRL.
    Due Company Click to select the date the submittal is due to the company.
    Comments Enter any comments about the submittal.
    Owner Click to select the user responsible for the submittal. When a submittal is created, the user who created the submittal is the owner. Ownership can be reassigned to another user in the company.
    Create Milestone per Submittal Click Yes to create a milestone per submittal. If not, click No.
    Submitted Date Click to select the submitted date. This field appears after the submittal has been transmitted.
    Actual Data Management Click to select the date the submittal is due to data management. This field appears after the submittal has been transmitted.
    Replan Date Management Click to enter the date when Data Management decides a specific replan for the submittal. This field appears after the submittal has been transmitted.
    Replan Submitted Data Click to enter the date when the submittal is replanned by the customer. This field appears after the submittal has been transmitted.
    Customer Response Due For CDRLs, enter the date when the customer's response is expected. For SDRLs, enter the date that the responsible person or secondary persons must complete their review of the submitted data and send the review comments back to Data Management. This date is used in Look-Ahead and Delinquency Reports. This field appears after the submittal has been transmitted.
  3. Click Done.
