Editing CLIN Properties

You can edit the CLIN properties.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Global User with owner access, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontract Administrator

Contract Properties
  1. From the page Actions toolbar, click Edit .
  2. Edit any of these details:
    Field NameDescription
    Number The CLIN number.
    Provisioning ParagraphThe paragraph that refers to the CLIN.
    Provisioning DocumentClick to select the SOW document that refers to the CLIN.
    TaskingSelect Data, Hardware, Software, or Service.
    Creation DateClick to select the date the CLIN was created.
    On Dock DateClick to select the expected CLIN delivery date.
    Text/RequirementText or requirements related to the CLIN.
    Per Unit Cost The cost per unit of the CLIN deliverable.
    Per Unit Cost InSelect Euros, Pounds, or US Dollars.
    Ship Set Price The price of the identified deliverable as packaged.
    Ship Set Price InSelect Euros, Pounds, or US Dollars.
    CI NumberClick inside the box to type ahead to view all CI revisions. Select the relevant CI. Click to search for the CI.
    CEI QuantityThe configuration end item quantity.
    Deliverable Part NumberClick to select the deliverable part number.
    Customer Part NumberClick to select the customer identified part number.
    Final Destination Click to select where the CLIN will be received.
    Ship ToClick to select the organization that will receive shipment for the CLIN.
    Classification Path This field is displayed only if IP Classification is installed. The IP Classification app provides the recommended way to classify products and features.
  3. Click Done.
