Editing Contract Template Properties

You can modify the details of the contract template.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, owner of the contract template

Before you begin: Access the Properties page of the contract template. For more information, see Contract Template Properties.

Editing Contract Properties
  1. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Edit .
  2. Edit any of these details.
    Field NameDescription
    NameEnter the name of the contract template.
    DescriptionEnter a detailed description of the contract template.
    ProgramClick to search and select the program associated with the contract template.
    Business UnitClick to search and select the business unit associated with the contract template.
    Customer NameClick to search and select the name of the customer associated with the contract template.
    Governing Project TemplateClick to search and select the governing project template.
  3. Click Done.
