POAs

This page lists the POAs associated with the product line and its products. You can create and copy POAs from this page.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Artwork Project Manager, Master Copy Author, Master Copy Approver, Local Copy Author, Local Copy Approver, Graphic Designer, Artwork Approver

To access this page, open a product line and select the POAs category on the navigation pane. For more information, see Opening a Product Line.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the POA.


The image associated to the POA.
Origin The product line or the product from which the POA was created. Click to open the product line or the product.
Created Date The date when the POA was created.
Title The title of the POA.
Artwork Usage The artwork usage type defined for the POA.
State The state of the POA.
Countries The countries for which the POA is localized.
Languages The languages in which the POA is localized.
Origin POA The POA from which this POA was created.
Comprised Artworks For POAs, shows Standard.

For customization POAs, lists the POAs connected to it.

Artwork Package The artwork package with which the POA is associated.
Associated Part(s) The packaging parts associated to the POA.

Create POA Lets you create a POA for a product line. Creating a POA
Create Customization POA Lets you create a customization POA. You can connect multiple POAs to a customization POA and use the artwork from those POAs for customization kits.

A Leader or Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can create a customization POA.

Edit POAs Lets you view and modify the details of the selected POAs. You can edit only the POAs that are in the Draft state. Edit POAs Page
Copy POA Lets you create a POA using the details from an existing POA.

A Leader or Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can copy a POA.

Select a POA. From the toolbar, select Actions > Copy POA. Enter the details and click Done.

Create Evolution Lets you create an evolution of the selected POAs.

A Leader or Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can create an evolution of a POA.

Select one or more POAs. From the toolbar, select Actions > Create Evolution . Enter the details and click Done.

Note: When you create evolutions of multiple POAs, the fields Artwork Usage, and Select Countries and Languages are not available.

Manage Candidate Markets Lets you add or remove candidate markets for products.

A Leader or Product Manager can manage candidate markets.

Select one or more products. From the toolbar, select Actions > Manage Candidate Markets. Select a region. From the region, select the required countries and click Done.

Export POA(s) Structure Lets you export the structure and details of the selected POAs. The POA and its details, the associated artwork elements and their details, the images of the associated artwork elements, the checked in artwork files, and supplier details are exported. --
