POAs in an Artwork Package

This page shows the POAs in an artwork package.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Artwork Project Manager, Master Copy Author, Master Copy Approver, Local Copy Author, Local Copy Approver, Graphic Designer, Artwork Approver

To access this page:

  1. Open an artwork package. For more information, see Opening an Artwork Package.
  2. In the navigation pane, click POAs.
Note: The POAs will be listed only if the artwork package is in the Create or any later state.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the POA.


The image associated with the POA.
Origin The product line or the product from which the POA was created. Click to open the product line or the product.
Created Date The date when the POA was created.
Title The title of the POA.
Artwork Usage The artwork usage type defined for the POA.
State The lifecycle state of the POA.
Countries The countries for which the POA is localized.
Languages The languages in which the POA is localized.
Origin POA The POA from which this POA is created.
Comprised Artworks For POAs, shows Standard.

For customization POAs, lists the POAs connected to it.

Artwork Package The artwork package with which the POA is associated.
Associated Part(s) The packaging parts associated to the POA.
Supplier The supplier associated with the POA.
Change Action The change action associated with the POA.
Change Order The change order associated with the POA.

Assign Supplier Lets you assign a supplier to the POA.

A Leader or a Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can perform this action.

Transfer Ownership Transfers the POA.

Only the Owner can transfer a POA.

Obsolete POA Move the selected POA to the Obsolete state.

A Leader or a Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can perform this action.

More About Obsolete POA
Copy POA Lets you create a POA using the details from an existing POA.

A Leader or a Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can perform this action.

Select a POA. From the toolbar, click Copy POA. Enter the details and click Done.

Create Evolution Lets you create an evolution of the selected POAs.

A Leader or a Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can perform this action.

Select one or more POAs. From the toolbar, click Create Evolution. Enter the details and click Done.

Note: When you create evolutions of multiple POAs, the fields Artwork Usage, and Select Countries and Languages are not available.

Move to Artwork Package Lets you move the selected POA to a different artwork package. You can also move customization POAs.

A Leader or a Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can perform this action.

Select one or more POAs and click Move to Artwork Package. To move to a new artwork package, select Create New, and enter the required title and the description. To move to an existing artwork package, select Choose Artwork Package, click , select the required artwork package, and click OK. Click Done.

Associate Part(s) Lets you connect packaging parts to the selected POAs.

A Leader or a Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can perform this action.

Select one or more POAs and click Associate Part(s). From the search results, select the required parts and click OK.

Export POA(s) Structure Lets you export the structure and details of the selected POAs. The POA and its details, the associated artwork elements and their details, the images of the associated artwork elements, the checked in artwork files, and supplier details are exported. --

Filters

Filter Option Description
Create New Table View Creates a table view.
Active Lists all active POAs in an artwork package.
In Active Lists all inactive POAs in an artwork package.
