About the Discovery Decision Path

The Discovery Decision Path is the strategic procedural path for the Project. It identifies the best Discovery Decision Path that fulfill the Requirements defined in the Innovation Profile. Each Discovery Decision Path is related to at least one Requirement. The Tests, planned in Stages, assess the Candidates.

Characteristics

Each characteristic describes a property of Candidates that must be present for them to satisfy a corresponding Requirement.

Questions

Each question aims to determine whether Candidates possess the parent characteristic. Several questions can identify whether Candidates have that characteristic.

Tests

Each test assesses Candidates to provide answers to a question. Several tests can answer a question. Each test is performed during a specified stage of the project. Design the Stages Sequence so that you perform tests in a logical and rational order. Then you can answer the questions for the candidates, such that you can efficiently rule out inappropriate substances.

Protocols

A protocol is a procedural method for the design and implementation of experiments that generate the results for candidates. You can interpret these results to provide answers to questions.
