Viewing Iteration Data

You can view iteration data after you run the experiment.


Before you begin: Create and run an experiment. For more information, see Creating and Running Experiments.

  1. From the home page, click Projects, Studies, and Experiments.
  2. Open a completed experiment, and then open the Iterations tab.
  3. Click the iteration Title.

    This opens a table of the molecules generated by the iteration:

  4. View data and details.
    • Click to analyze iteration data. For more information, see Analyzing Results.
    • Click a column heading to sort.
    • Click a molecule Title to view details. For more information, see Viewing Molecule Details.
    • Click Comments to add comments.
    • Click the molecule to enlarge.
You can continue working with the data by creating a new experiment, or download the molecules:
  • Click Create an experiment with these molecules to continue working with the data from this iteration.
  • Click Download molecules as SD File to export the molecules as a zipped SD file.
  • Open the Comments tab and add comments.
