Deleting Entities

You can delete an entity if it is not required in the pathway model.

Before you begin: Carefully examine your pathway model to ensure that you do not require the entity or its interactions. You cannot revert a deletion.

  1. Open the Model Overview panel for a pathway model.
  2. Select the entity to delete.
    This highlights the selected entity with a blue border in the map area.
  3. Verify that you do not require the selected entity or its interactions.
  4. Click .

This deletion removes the selected entity and all its interactions from the pathway model.
