Deleting Interactions

You can delete an interaction or one of its contributors if it is not required in the pathway model.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: Carefully examine your pathway model to ensure that you do not require the interaction, or you do not require a contribution to an interaction. You cannot revert a deletion.

Delete an Interaction

  1. Open the Model Overview panel for a pathway model and select the Interactions tab.
  2. Select the interaction to delete.
  3. Verify that you do not require the selected interaction.
  4. Click .

This deletion removes the selected interaction from the pathway model.

Delete a Contributor to an Interaction

  1. Open the Model Overview panel for a pathway model and select the Interactions tab.
  2. For an interaction, select the contributor to delete.
  3. Verify that you do not require the selected contributor to the interaction.
  4. Click .

This deletion removes the selected contributor to the interaction from the pathway model.
