Defining a Shape

For each volume, you can define a type of shape and define features like the color.

Before you begin: Create a volume. For more information, see Creating Volumes.

  1. In the Data Information panel, select a type of shape.
  2. To define the dimensions of your shape, enter the values in the dedicated boxes.
  3. To specify a color, click the color box and select a color in the color chart.

    Note: The selected type of shape, the dimensions, and the color are stored in a CATPreferences file.
