Bookmark Root Templates Page

The Bookmark Root Templates page lists all Bookmark Root Templates that you created and the Enterprise-level Bookmark Root Templates for all Bookmark Roots that you belong to. For a Company Representative or Administrator, the list includes all User-level templates created for your Bookmark Roots by employees of your company.

To access this page, with Collaboration and Approvals the active app, click Team > Bookmark Root Templates in the navigation pane.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the Bookmark Root Template. To see details about the template, click its Name.
Revision The revision number for the Bookmark Root Template. Each time a Bookmark Root Template is updated and saved, the system increments the revision number. The page shows only the highest revision of each Bookmark Root Template.
Description A summary of the information in the Bookmark Root Template.
Availability User means the Bookmark Root Template is available only to you. Enterprise means the Bookmark Root Template is available to all Bookmark Root members.
Owner The person who saved the Bookmark Root Template version.
Opens the Bookmark Root Template in a new window.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Delete Deletes the selected Bookmark Root Template; click OK to confirm. You must own the Bookmark Root Template.

When you delete a Bookmark Root Template, you only delete the most recent revision of the Bookmark Root Template and the next-most recent revision becomes the active Bookmark Root Template. To delete a Bookmark Root Template entirely, you must delete all revisions of it.
