User Groups

User groups can be used as task assignees in a route.

User groups have two types of owners:

• The person who created the user group or was transferred ownership of the user group. This person is listed in the properties for the user group.
• A person given owner access rights to the user group. This owner can update the Members and Access Rights tabs, but not the Properties tab.
