Agenda Items Page

This page lists the agenda items defined for a meeting.

Required access roles: If you have access to the meeting, you can access this page.

To access this page:

  1. Open the required meeting. See Opening a Meeting.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Agenda Items.

Columns

Column Name Description
Topic The name of the agenda item.
Sequence Number The order in which the item will be addressed during the meeting.
Responsible Person The person responsible for conducting the discussion for this topic.
Duration in Minutes The scheduled length of time to discuss this topic.
Topic Item(s) The object associated with the agenda item, such as an Issue or Part. If no specific object was defined for the topic, the Meeting object is used. Click to view the Properties page for the object.

Action Description For More Information
Create New Agenda Item Creates a new agenda item. Only the meeting owner can create agenda items. Creating Agenda Items
Remove Selected Deletes selected agenda items; click OK to confirm. --
Enable Edit / Disable Edit Toggles between edit and view mode.

If you change sequence numbers to reorder the agenda, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform verifies that no 2 items have the same sequence number and that no available numbers have been skipped.
