Locations Page

The Locations page lets you manage the locations for the company, subsidiary, or business unit.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Owner, Administrator
  • App-specific: Organization Manager, Advanced Quality Engineer, Buyer Administrator, Supplier Development Manager, Buyer, Supplier Engineer, Company Representative, Supplier, Supplier Representative

To access this page:

  1. Open the required parent company, subsidiary, or business unit.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Location.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name associated with the location. You can click to view the Properties page for that location. See Locations Properties Page.
Type Headquarters Site, Manufacturing Site, Billing Address, or Shipping Address
City The city.
State/Region The state or region.
Zip/Postal Code The ZIP code or postal code.
Country Country.
Primary Contact User defined as the contact for this location. You can click to view the Properties page for that person. See Person Properties.
You can click to view the Properties page for the location in a separate window.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

You must have the Administrator, Organization Manager, or Company Representative access role to perform these actions.
