Meetings Page

This page lists all meetings you created or were invited to, and all meetings for an item you have access to. Not all items allow you to set up meetings.

Required access roles: All users can access the Meetings page for Collaboration and Approvals. For a meeting related to an item, if you have access to that item you have access to its meetings.

To access this page:

In the navigation pane, click Meetings.

Or:

  1. Open the parent item, such as a Bookmark Root.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Meetings.

Columns

You can click the plus symbol for a Meeting to view the attendees, agenda items, or decisions defined for that meeting.

Column Name Description
Name The name given to the meeting by the meeting creator. You can click the name to view the Properties page for the meeting. See Meeting Properties Page.
Relationship How the item on this line relates to the meeting. You could see Agenda Item, Meeting Attendee, or Decision.
Type The object type.
Owner The person who owns that item.
Co-owners One or more other people who might also need to manage the meeting, such as adding attendees and editing the meeting details.
State The current lifecycle state for that object. For a meeting, you could see one of these states:
  • Created. The host has created the meeting but has not yet completed it (such as adding attachments, attendees, and agenda items).
  • Scheduled. The host has officially scheduled the meeting and attendees have been notified.
  • In Progress. The meeting is currently taking place.
  • Complete. The original meeting host has closed the meeting.
Context The item the meeting pertains to, such as a Document, Route, or ECO. Click to view the Properties page for the context item. Shows only in the Meetings list.
Topic Items For agenda items only, shows the name of the item. You can click to view the properties page. See Agenda Items Page.
Description The description of the item.
Meeting Date For meetings only, shows the date and time the meeting starts. If the meeting host is in a different time zone than you, the time has been converted to your local time.
Start Time For meetings only, shows the time that the meeting is scheduled to begin.
Duration in Minutes The number of minutes the meeting or agenda item is scheduled to last.
Actions There are no actions supported for meetings.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description For More Information
Create New Creates a meeting; only shows in the toolbar for a Meetings page for a specific object (not on the Meetings page opened from the Collaboration and Approvals app menu). Creating Meetings
Delete Selected Deletes a selected meeting (available for the meeting creator only), click OK to confirm. You can only delete Created (you have not sent invitations or started the meeting) or Completed meetings. You cannot use this action to remove an agenda item or attendee; use the category page for the required item. --
Enable Edit / Disable Edit Toggles between edit and view mode. You cannot edit agenda items, decisions, or attendees on this page. --
