Members Page for a Member List

This page lists the members that make up a member list.

Required access roles: All

To access this page:

  1. Open the required member list. See Opening a Member List
  2. In the navigation pane, click Members.

Columns

Column Name Description
User Name The user or group name. Click to view details about the person or group.
Type Person or Business Group.
Email For a user, the email address defined for the user.
Location The company location (if defined) for this user.
State The user's or group's state: Active or Inactive.

Filters

Click to filter the list of members:

Filter Option Description
All All persons and business groups in the list.
Person Only individual persons who have been explicitly added to the list.
Group Only business groups in the list.

Add Persons Adds more people to the list. Predefined Queries
Add Groups Adds more business groups to the list.

If you add a group to the member list, the members of that group do not receive any notifications sent to the member list.

Remove Removes checked people or groups; click OK to confirm. --
