Columns

In the Bookmark navigator, (Linked) indicates that the Bookmark is created in another Bookmark Root or Bookmark, and is linked into this one. To expand or collapse a Bookmark list, click + or - for the Bookmark in the navigator. A Bookmark tree in a Bookmark Root can include both a linked Bookmark and its source Bookmark. If you upload a file to a source or linked Bookmark, the tree is refreshed to show the correct Bookmark label and the Bookmark structure is collapsed.

The tree of Bookmarks that shows for a Bookmark Root always shows the plus sign in front of a Bookmark name even if that Bookmark does not contain any Sub Bookmarks and cannot be expanded.

Column Name Description
Title The title of the Bookmark. To get information about the Bookmark, including its content and Sub Bookmarks, click the title. See Content List for a Bookmark or Sub Bookmark.
Content The number of items added to the Bookmark and all of its Sub Bookmarks combined.
Owner The person who added the Bookmark to the Bookmark Root.
If this Bookmark is linked to this Bookmark Root or Bookmark, shows in this column.
Name The name of the Bookmark.
