The name of the note, usually an AutoName. |
Type |
The type or subtype of the note. |
PolicyTitle |
The name of the policy that governs the note's
lifecycle. |
Title |
The title of the note, which is usually
different from the name. |
Description |
A brief description of the note. |
Lifecycle |
The states the note must pass through to be
resolved. The current state shows in a darker color. In edit
mode, click the Promote or Demote if required. Otherwise, keep
the No Change option selected. Actual promotion occurs when you
click Done. |
Last State
Change |
The date of the last promotion or demotion of
the note. |
Owner |
The person currently responsible for the
note. |
Originator |
The person who created the note. |
Originated Date |
The date the note was created. |
Modified Date |
The most recent date that the note was
edited. |
Subscribers |
List of usernames of people subscribed to be notified when
the note is modified, including lifecycle changes and appends.
An asterisk (*) indicates that the user is subscribed to some,
but not all, events for the note. This field shows if the
original note in Project Sync included a CCList. |
Body |
The created regarding this note. Click
Attachments to view any files
attached to the discussion. For notes migrated
from Project Sync, the Body field contains the transcript of the
note. In edit mode, enter any required text in the box and
click Public Reply or Private Reply. You can also
participate in discussions from your general Discussions
page or the Discussions page for the note. Your change is
added to the thread when you click
Done. Only employees of
the host company, and its business units, divisions, and
departments, can view Private messages. |
