Renaming Keywords

You can rename the keywords of a chapter and an item that are not inherited from a parent chapter. The keyword values can also be modified.

Required access roles:

Baseline: Leader

Before you begin: Open the Keyword Edition toolbar in Design IP Classification app. For more information about opening the Keyword Edition toolbar, see Adding Keywords.

Modifying Keyword Values
  1. Select an item.
  2. Click Activate Edit Mode in the Keyword Edition toolbar.
    A confirmation message appears and the command changes to Deactivate Edit Mode . You can now edit the attributes of the keyword value.
  3. To modify the keyword name, select the keyword node.
  4. Type a new keyword name and press Enter.
    The selected keyword is renamed.
