Rendering Section

The Rendering section provides commands for rendering objects, producing ray traced images and videos, or managing the background render in an experience.



Insert Existing Material
Inserts a material resource into the experience.

Create Material
Creates a covering material, and then adds it to the experience.
See Creating Materials.


Pick and Apply Materials
Selects a material from an actor in the experience and applies it to one or more actors.
You can only pick materials that are exposed in the experience.

Material Palette
Displays materials that are exposed in the experience.
To apply a material, select a material in the panel, and then click the appropriate actors in the 3D area.

Applied Materials
Displays materials that are applied in the experience.
