Submission Types List

You can manage the submission types to be used in regulatory contexts.

Required access roles: Regulatory Administrator, Regulatory Lead, Regulatory User, or submission type owner

To access the list of all submission types:

  1. Click Home .
  2. In the navigation pane, click Regulatory Context Definition.
  3. View the Submission Types page tab.

To access this list from the home page:

  1. View the Market Registration home page.
  2. Click the Regulatory Context tab.
  3. View the Submission Types page tab.

To access this page as a category for a regulatory authority:

  1. Open the required regulatory authority.
  2. View the Submission Types page tab.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The automatically-generated name of the submission type. Click to open the type in a new window.
Title The descriptive name of the submission type.
Drag Adds the selected submission type to a regulatory authority. You can use the icon to drop the submission type and to drop it in a regulatory authority.
Note: You can drag and drop a submission type to a regulatory authority, if the selected submission type is in the Active state and the regulatory authority is in the Inactive state.
Type The item type: regulatory submission type.
State The lifecycle state of the submission type. You can choose Active or Inactive.

If you do not specify a state, the app enters Inactive when you save your changes.

Regulatory Authority(s)

Not shown on the page tab for a specific regulatory authority.

Regulatory authorities associated with this submission type. Click to open the regulatory authority.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

This table lists actions available on the Submission Types page tab on the Regulatory Context page.

Action Name Description For More Information
Insert Row Creates a new submission type.

Required access roles: Regulatory Administrator, Regulatory Lead, Regulatory User, or submission type owner

Creating a Submission Type
Remove Selected Deletes the selected submission types. Click OK to confirm.

You can only delete inactive submission types.

Required access roles: Regulatory Administrator, Regulatory Lead, Regulatory User, or submission type owner

Enable Edit Toggles the page into the Edit mode.

You can only edit inactive submission types.

Required access roles: Regulatory Administrator or submission type owner

Disable Edit Toggles the page into the View mode.

This table lists actions available on the Submission Types page tab for a regulatory authority. You can only add submission types to or remove submission types from an inactive regulatory authority.
