Menus

This topic describes menus specific to 3DLean. Through the menus, you can perform actions with the items on screen. The menu buttons are contextual depending on your location within the app.

Note:
  • The Lost Connection icon appears next to the Meeting icon when the real-time collaboration functionalities are temporarily disabled due to connection or configuration issues with the server. For more information, see Real-Time Collaboration.
  • You can tap on the date or on the time in the sidebars to toggle between normal mode and full screen mode.

Tools

Provides tools such as E-Notes, Stickers, and profile pictures of team members.

Meeting

Lets you create a slideshow of your Leangets to display during a meeting.

Note: The number of connected team members appears on top of the icon, starting from two.

Customize

Displays customization options depending on your current location:

  • From the navigation pane or from a board: available Leanget types
  • From a Leangets: templates and customization options for the current Leanget type.

Documents

Lets you upload your files into content categories. Multi-select them, and manage them with the following commands:

  • Download
  • Delete
Note:
  • Hold a file to start your selection and manage it.
  • The number of new uploaded files appears on top of the icon, starting from two.

Home

Enables you to return to the 3DLean home page.

Tap the Home button to return to the 3DLean home page and access your other team boards.

To rename a team board, rename its Team Leanget. For more information, see Customize Leangets.

Note: Click the Release Notes icon to display the list of notable changes to 3DLean features.

Navigation

Lets you navigate between your boards, your Leangets, and the navigation pane:

  • Inside a Leanget, tap to switch back to the board.
  • Inside a board, tap to switch back to the navigation pane.
