Measuring KPIs

You can manually define a line graph to help you visualize and track progress over time.

You can then display the Leanget in a Live Meeting. For more information, see Running a Live Meeting.

Before you begin: Add the KPI Leanget to a board. For more information, see Add Leangets.
  1. From a board, tap KPI.
  2. Tap Customize , and specify parameters such as:
    • Title
    • X Axis title
    • Y Axis title
    • Y Axis min: Specifies a minimum value for the Y axis.
    • Y Axis max: Specifies a maximum value for the Y axis.
    • Auto-round value: Automatically rounds the value up or down to the nearest whole number.
    • Work week: Defines the dates used as values for the X Axis.
    • Target: Defines a target value between Y Axis min and Y Axis max values.
    • Above target color: Applies a background color to the area above the target line.
    • Below target color: Applies a background color to the area below the target line.

Note: For Android users: with a Samsung keyboard, you cannot specify negative values as parameters of Y Axis min and Y Axis max. In this case, use an alternative keyboard.

  3. To define a value, drag the line graph to the required point.
    Tips:
    • Orange dots indicate already-defined values. Blue dots indicate values to define.
    • Drag the graph to the left to display previous values.
    • Pinch or spread the graph to zoom in or out.
  4. Annotate the graph:
    • Tap , then tap in the upper-right corner to annotate directly on the graph. To erase the annotation, tap .
    • Tap Tools to add a Note, a Sticker, or an Action. For more information, see Highlight Leanget Content or Assigning Actions.

Note: Tap , then in the upper-right corner to print the graph or to select an export format.
