Leanget Preferences

You can customize the settings and display of Leangets.

Note: The 3DPlay preferences appear in the 3DLean preferences.

The following options are available when you tap Customize inside a Leanget.

This page discusses:

Sketch

Lets you create sketches and annotate uploaded images. For more information, see Annotating an Image.

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

Toolbar hidden at open

When selected, automatically hides the sketch toolbar when you open the Leanget.

Action Log

Displays Actions and lets you manage them. For more information, see Assigning Actions.

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

Remove completed tasks after X days

Automatically deletes the done Actions after the specified number of days.

Note: The default value is 0. In this case, the automatic deletion is deactivated.

Problem Log

Displays Problems and lets you manage them. For more information, see Monitoring Problems

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

KPI

Defines a line graph to let you quickly visualize and track your progress over time. For more information, see Measuring KPIs.

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

X Axis title / Y Axis Title

The name of the X and Y axis.

Y Axis min / Y Axis max

The minimum and maximum values for the vertical axis. Values can be positive or negative.

Note: The default value is 0 for the minimum, and 100 for the maximum.

For the X-axis values, see the Work Week option below.

Target

The reference value displayed between above and below target colors.

The value must be a number between the Y Axis min value and the Y Axis max value.

Note: The default value is 50.

Work week

The days of the week displayed on the X axis.

Note: The default value includes Monday to Sunday.

Auto-round value

The automatic rounding of the value to the nearest whole number. The value must be an integer.

Note: The default value is 0 (no auto-round value).

Above / Below target color

The background color above and below the target.

Note: The default color is white.

Team

Displays the list of team members. You can use this Leanget to record attendance during a meeting. For more information, see Recording Attendance.

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

Display owner as team member

Select this option to display the Leanget's owner as a team member. Unselect it to hide the Leanget's owner from the team members' list.

E-Note Category

Appears on the matching E-Note, in the Tools menu and in the Edit menu of the E-Note.

E-Notes Default Size

The default size of the E-Notes.

Player

Lets you play videos using the commands at the bottom of the Player. For more information, see Playing a Video.

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

URL

The URL of the video.

Important:
  • The URL must point the video file (not to a video hosting service) and start with http:// or https://
  • The following video formats are supported:
    • H.264/MP4
    • Theora /OGG
    • VP8 /WebM

Web Page

Displays web content or a PDF file. For more information, see Using the Web Page.

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

URL

The URL of the web page.

Zoom Ratio

The ratio to zoom in (between 0.1 and 1.9) or out of the page (between 0.1 and 1).

Note: The default value is 1 (no zoom).

PDF Viewer

Displays a PDF file that you can annotate and capture. For more information, see Using the PDF Viewer.

Option Description Mandatory

Title

The name of the Leanget.

URL

The URL of the PDF.

Important: The PDF file must be hosted on the same domain as 3DLean.
