In the tree, select an assembly product and then select Open in New Tab from its menu.
The product appears in a new tab
using the Lifecycle Management app.
From the Lifecycle section of the action bar, click New Minor Revision.
The New Minor Revision panel appears.
Select the assembly product and click OK.
Modify the part, such as the AxisAngle parameter for the structure opening on the plate, and save the modified data.
In the tree, select the assembly product and then click New Minor Revision.
The New Minor Revision panel appears.
Click OK.
From the Product Edition section of the action bar, click Overload Minor Revision.
The Select a minor revision panel appears.
Click a minor revision from the list and click OK.
The minor version of the product updates in the tree.
Note:
As there are feature updates only for main manufactured parts, sub manufactured
parts are out-of-date status. To update sub manufactured parts, use
Using Identical Part Management of Profiles, then new light
representations generate.
Reviewing the Impact of Design Changes
You can synchronize the In-Process Model with any design changes.

From the Authoring section of the action bar,
click Synchronization Manager.
The Mfg Synchronization Manager panel appears.
Note:
When
design changes happen after feature generation in Simplified Mode, you can
synchronize the features for the modified design through the Synchronization
Manager.
In the Mfg Synchronization Manager panel, click
Compute.
The Structure manufacturing feature panel lists the
design features that have been modified.
Click Synchronize to update the In-Process Model.
The Status for design features that had a status of
Modified are changed to Up-To-Date.
Note:
After executing synchronization for revision, the resulting product and its
manufacturing representation's features update according to the revised parts
recognized by the Synchronization Manager. Because Synchronization Manager only
updates the features for the main manufactured parts, sub manufactured parts do not
update. To update sub manufactured parts, run Using Identical Part Management of Profiles.
Close the Mfg Synchronization Manager panel and open the
modified product in a new tab by selecting it in the tree and clicking Open
Resulting Product in New Tab.

Synchronizing for Shrinkage Compensation
You can update the manufacturing features of a shrinkage resulting product.
In the Mfg Synchronization Manager panel, select a plate that has a shrinkage part.
Note:
A shrinkage manufactured part is generated with Shrinkage Planning.
Click Synchronize in the Mfg Synchronization Manager panel.
The manufacturing features of the resulting shrinkage product updates.
Synchronizing After Changing the Profile Limit Type
You can change the profile limit type and verify that the In-Process model updates
after synchronizing.

In the tree, select a curved profile product and then select Open in New
Tab from its menu.

In the Stiffener panel, change the Limit
Type from Weld to Short
Point, click OK, and close the tab.
In the Heavy Industry Structure Fabrication tab, click Synchronization Manager.
The Mfg Synchronization Manager panel appears.
In the Mfg Synchronization Manager panel, select the curved
profile product and click Compute.
The Structure manufacturing feature panel lists the
design features that have been modified.

click End Cut.
The End Cut panel appears.

In the Mfg Synchronization Manager panel, select the curved
profile product and click Compute.

The Seam panel appears.

synchronizing.

From the Operation section of the action bar,
click Seam.
The Seam panel appears.
Delete the seam, close the Seam panel, and close the tab.
In the Heavy Industry Structure Fabrication tab, click Synchronization Manager.

product and click Compute.
